Hello. I have a custom built pc that is around a year and a half old. My specs of my computer are listed below.

AMD FX(tm)- 8350 Eight-Core Processor
16Gb Ram
GeForce GTX 760 by EVGA
Windows 8.1 PRO
LG Bluray and DVD Drive
Corsair Obsidian 450D Case

When I turn on my computer everything starts up but i have no response on my monitor it turns on the pixels but it is just a black blank screen. I can not get into bios either. I have tried swapping out the SATA cable to the hard drive but not change. Any thoughts on how to fix this issue? Thanks!

Solution
it spins but time will tell if it works. so try another psu & videocard 1 at a time to see which is the problem.

Thanks for you response. I have disconnected the monitor multiple times. I have also used a different monitor but still the same response. The pixels turn on to black and nothing is displayed.

I am currently trying to find someone that has a GPU so i can take out mine and insert theirs to see if that is the issue. but as of now i have not been able to try that. I have read about the Boot_Device_LED and it seems that people say it is the hard drive. Do you think it is the hard drive?

I just unplugged the hard drive. I am still seeing the same results. Does this mean it is the graphics card? Also the Boot_Device_LED light is still turned on and is a solid red

My motherboard does not have onboard video. The hard drive is totally disconnected from the motherboard. It felt the hard drive when it was on as i plugged it back in and it is moving so i think the hard drive does work.
