So i dont really know anything when it comes to computers, so i was wondering if anyone can help me assemble a part list for a pc that will run and record csgo with around 100 fps on high settings. I also at the same time dont want to pay too much for something like this. My budget that i have ranges from about $400 to $600 but i want as cheap as i can get but still with reliable parts.

Solution
Still would use shadowplay, but this has SSD, better GPU, and ability to overclock, the CPU, if you wish.

With such a low budget, I would go with this, and use shadowplay, to do the recording. You are going to want a drive to record to, while gaming. Gaming and recording, off the same drive, isn't really a great idea.

If not wanting to overclock, then this will be fine.
