So I'm a complete noob dumb person to take out the graphic card wihout seeing where the cables were attached ,so now i want to put it back again and i am getting no picture on my monitor.Someone help please it's driving me crazy .The gray cable that comes with the graphic card comes in two small cable that attaches to one of those pins just don't know which one it is,maybe i am facing them the wrong way it says on one of the cables the white one says" spdif "and the black one says" gnd".I have attached a picture if that helps .Graphic card is a Geforce GT120 1GB DDR/DVI/HDMI.

Solution
Your card does not need those cables connected to work. The spdif is and audio cable and the other one is for grounding. If you really want to connect them (although you don´t need to) there should be both connections on the mb exactly with the same names. The spdif can connect directly to your sound card if you have one. That spdif cable works alone. No GND needed.
I don´t know which Mb or graphic card you have. Anyway the only necessary cables to connect to your graphic card is a 8pin power cable or eventualay another 6/8 pin power cable if you have a monster GPU that connect directly to your Power Supply. But many graphic cards don´t need anything connected to them. Just insert it firmly in the slot, screw the screw(s) on the back of the case and you´re set.
That spdif cable is an audio cable in case you want sound to go through your graphic card. If you connect it to a TV for example. For a normal monitor you don´t need to connect anything unless it needs extra power.

Thank you for helping unfortunately not the case with this card I know my other graphic card your solution works but not with this one .I added a different picture if you know what else I can try thanks.

That photo is kind of blurry. One cannot read what is written on the cables or the MB. What graphic card is that btw? And model of the MB?

those are speaker/sound related and have nothing to do with a gpu

consult your motherboard guide for specifics

post a better picture, and for god's sake dont put the camera so close

upload the pictures to imgur and post the links
