The power LED, power switch, and HDD LED aren't marked which one is positive and which one is negative. They just have an arrow marked on the back. How do I tell which wire is positive and which is negative? What is the difference between DX and DY on the USB header?

Led/power switches - +/- doesn't matter mate , they're just a shorting system between the 2 pins.
You can't actually fit them wrong , there isn't a wrong way.
Non idea on the usb header ?? They will only fit one way.
