need some advice about PSU/GPU

hello guys i have a small problem i hope, at the moment i,m runnig a fx 8320 overclocked to 4.0ghz 16gb memory 1600mhz, aio cooler and 4 140mm fans, and 3 hdd 1 ssd, and msi r9 280x My psu is the XFX 550w pro, system is running without problems, yesterday my son give me a asus r 9 290 dc2 i put it in the pc, and i started firestrike, after 10 seconds the pc shuts off, is the 550w psu strong enough?

for a 290 you need a 650w or better psu

sorry guys i sold the system, the 290 was broke it had nothing to do with the psu, but i could get a good price for it without the gpu, so i put back my old 280x and sold the pc for 500 euro.

now i got a 4670k asus maximus hero z87 32gb dominator platinum 1600mhz and a asus gtx 780ti dc2
but again a psu that i do not no, the fsp 700w it schould be oke because the build also for antec, but i,m going to buy a new psu, is this 1 good and enough for my current system,? Seasonic M12II Evo 620W

the cpu is overclocked to 4.5ghz and the mem runs at 1600mhz stock, but instead of c10-10-10 it runs at c9-10-9
