Help me please with PC power problem :(

I just bought a pc from a friend and everything was working great but it wouldn't start up today and I had to open her up and reconnect the power to the mobo..I'm also not tech savey.. anywho after I did that I no longer get feed to my monitor... or mouse and keyboard :/ please help.

All the specs I know are..

I7 corsair liquid cooling
Asus maximusic iv gene z
32 ram
Gyx 780 graphids
850w psu

Those spec descriptions are a bit vague..
Check the power button on the PSU, and that it is connected to a working power outlet. Recheck connections to the Mb.
Do any fans work when you press the power button? Does your Mb beep when you turn it on?

I don't know much about computers.. sorry :/ also yes it has power and has a working outlet. And all the fans are working and no beeps.

No beeping is not a good sign. It used to beep once when it was working, right? unless you got no pc speaker.
That probably means your computer isn´t posting properly. (POST= Power On Self Test).
When you power your computer your Bios tests all your components to see if they are working properly. If they are, it usually gives one short beep and then it shows you the BIOS logo.
Try to remove all the components one by one and reinserting them again. If you have more than one Ram Sticks, try them one by one.
