My computer restarts randomly for no reason while playing games, help!

Hello, everyone, I've been having a major issue since September and that's my computer restarts both right before I load in and during games. I'm not overheating and I do not have a virus and I have clean booted. I am almost out of ideas with the exception of switching out the card. Any ideas?

What pc parts? For the psu maker/model/wattage as well.

For the rest could you do this,

download hwinfo32,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "short text report",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons

I took off the cooler and I found that my CPU was actually bent at two of it's corners and bent them back, and the problems went away for a couple days, and are now back again. I inspected the CPU once more and it is perfectly flat. I monitored my voltages for about 10 minutes and no fluctuations. I am at a loss at this point.
