Will GeForce GTX 950 fit the Dell Optiplex 7040 Small Factor Form?

Hi,

I am searching for a good GPU to add to the Dell Optiplex 7040 Small Factor Form (SFF) (Intel® Core™ i7-6700 Processor)
I was thinking about the GeForce GTX 950 or GeForce GTX 750 Ti. However I expect compatibility problems due to the size of the case.

Can these cards fit to the SFF case?
Which one would you prefer for vectorized computations (such as optimizations and data science)?

[edit: I just realized that I would be severly limited by the PSU unit (180W). I can still switch to a Minitower version with 240W. Would this be a wise step?]

Do you think I would suit the system given that it has a 180W PSU (the card requires 400W)?

That number is kinda BS, the card only uses 75W max. What CPU do you have?

I've only found the processor details on the web (Intel® Core™ i7-6700 Processor). The CPU is not specified..

So given that it has more space and PSU of 240W, what graphic card would you recommend for computations, optimizations and a little bit of gaming?

That's the chipset, not the CPU. But it doesn't really matter tbh.
