Need help finding a PSU

Solution
A 750W PSU is probably quite overkill, you could probably do well on a 650W, but I'll recommend a series that has both 650 and 750. Although it does not have the exact requirements but they are good PSUs that are highly recommended by a lot of people.

I'll recommend the EVGA Supernova G2 Series - It is fully modular and a bit bigger than the dimensions, but I'll recommend them anyways.

The problem with wanting a gold rated and 750W psu is that they are generally larger.

A few other PSUs to recommend: Corsair HX750, Cosrair RM750x.

You can also take a look at the Toms PSU list for something that might match your needs, http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-psus,4229.html

Not sure if the dimensions HAVE to be that, but these are...

i like the look of the Supernova so i went in my case to look at my current PSU to see if it would fit. im not sure so ill show you - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1HR6gGWGlzh2-IpQVb8ZqP30pmwLle-rrZA https://drive.google.com/open?id=1nLxp4GMtqiETbEaH7pKIxpsQDWOsks3YcQ

im also not sure what those 'rails' are at the bottom of the psu, they look as if they would obstruct one thats bigger.

Do you know which case you have? As that would make it much easier. Also, I don't think the rails will do too much, as the PSU is longer not wider, so it will not affect it really.

I have the Supernova G2 550W PSU, and I must admit, I was really surprised when I got it, the feel of the build makes it worth the money its self, it just feels expensive and not cheap and crappy.

oh yes sorry, its called 'InWIN GT1 BLACK GAMING CASE'. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=InWIN+GT1+BLACK+GAMING+CASE&oq=InWIN+GT1+BLACK+GAMING+CASE&aqs=chrome..69i57.1047j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

I am definitely considering getting that one, looks worth the extra money and the reviews are all good. I'm actually getting somewhere in the way of buying a PSU so thank you :) just looking inside the case and seeing a ton of wires daunted me a little.

Although the PSU is fully modular, it is extremely simple to set everything up, and all of the cables are labelled so you connect them in the correct ports on the PSU. The PSU will fit in your case I believe, so no need to worry.

Either the 650W or 750W PSU will do.
