PCIe devices are backward compatible and they will generally configure themselves to the fastest common standard between different devices. This is not something you can, generally, adjust in the BIOS, especially with an OEM motherboard like the one you are using.

Let us know how the RX 460 works after installing it.

Whether because my mobo spec is pcie 2.0 that pcie 3.0 backward compatible with 2.0, or indeed pcie 3.0 backward compatible until 1.0?

I check my vga hd 5570 that have pcie 2.0 with gpu-z but stamped pcie 1.1? If I’m wrong setting in bios or how?

yes, work perfectly on my ipibl-lb, without updating bios (I'm running on 5.25 bios, and this card on pci-e 8x 1.1). Thanks CoolGeek

i have the same qustion because it says about the card in the Specifications that it needs "PCI Express® 2.0 or higher version based PC is required with one X16 lane graphics slot available on the motherboard in order for the card to be compatible with"

and my motherboard have PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16
