Can't move folder to SSD, "you were not connected because a duplicate name exists on the network"

I'm trying to move a folder, 'Ubisoft', from C:\Program Files (x86) to S:\Program Files (x86) - C drive is a HDD, and S drive is an SSD. It worked in the past when moving other game folders but won't work for this particular folder. I have full access in the security tab of the SSD.

The error that pops up says "you were not connected because a duplicate name exists on the network" and something about joining a workgroup or domain with a different name.

The SSD is local on my computer and I'm not trying to join any network. I'm not connected to any network, workgroup, or domain. I cannot make new folders or copy/paste or move anything to the SSD, but I can access the SSD and anything on it just fine.

Solution
1. Instead of moving the 'folder', try to create a new one of the same name on the S drive.
If success, then copy the contents of that folder from C to S.

2. Programs and whatnot that are to be installed on a different drive do NOT have to live in a folder called "Program Files (x86) "
They can go in a folder named ANYTHING. Like MyUbiGames. And then some subfolders off that.
