Please don't waste your money on a 9590, by the time you buy an adequate cpu cooler and a proper motherboard you could easily by an Intel system that's faster, runs cooler and uses alot less power.
The FX 9xxx series requires alot of power and the few mATX AM3+ boards available use very weak VRM phases that struggle(and often fail) to run a 125w CPU and are likely to just catch fire with a 220w cpu.
If you are a diehard AMD fan and refuse to use Intel do yourself a favor and wait for Zen and pray the Hype is atleast close to the real results and not another bulldozer.

I wouldn't touch an FX-9590 with a 10 foot pole. The Intel i7-6700K may be more expensive, but in the long run it's cooler, uses less power and generates less heat.

even an i5-6500 will perform a lot better than an FX-9590 and it works on very cheap motherboards perfectly fine.
Avoid AM3+ at this time.
