My hp elitebook 8570w with Windows 7 is stuck on the welcome screen. I've already viewed multiple threads about this, but no solution worked so far. I can boot in to safe mode, and have disabled all non-microsoft services. This does not fix the problem. Booting into safe mode with networking also wont go past the welcome screen, so my guess would be that the problem is that the problem lies in the networking part.
I have windows 7 enterprise via my university, so I don't have a repair disk.
I only have one user account, so I cant test if that is the problem.

EDIT: the cause of the problem is the Microsoft "Network Store Interface Service" if I enable every service but this one, it goes through the welcome screen in 2 seconds. Enabling that service makes me shutdown after 5+ minutes on the welcome screen.
Any one know how to fix this? Or can I simply keep that service disabled.
