Is my PSU failing, or is something else wrong?

I've been having a problem lately where sometimes when running a game (so far only during Paragon or Grim Dawn) my computer will shut down completely and randomly. The fans spin down and the lights go out for a second, after which they come back on and the system slowly reboots without any intervention.

I am using a three monitor setup via a MSI GeForce GTX 980. The system is water-cooled so I doubt it's overheating, and there're no crashes outside of games or BSODs. I've updated my GPU card since this started happening, with no change. I've dusted the computer using the compressed dust cans. I've also checked the cable-to-PSU connections and they seem fine.

MSI Afterburner says usual running statistics are 40% Power, 46% Fan Speed, 40C GPU Temp.

Any ideas?

Part list here . (Run with 3 monitors, OS is WIN 10).
