How far should i overclock my CPU?

With that board , no overclocking at all , poor power phase design and has no heatsinks on the VRM.

Your motherboard supports 140watt cpu's so I wouldn't suggest anywhere near that much overclock. You could turn off turbo and run your CPU full time 4.1~4.2Ghz. I wouldn't suggest any higher as that could damage your motherboard. This or your motherboard supports the 8 core fx-8370.
