Basic 4k@60hz video card on HDMI, no 4k gaming

I'm looking for a basic video card that will output 4k@60hz for my desktop. My display has an HDMI input for 4k@60hz. I can't seem to find specs on this except on higher end cards intended for 4k gaming.

The leading option appears to be the R7 350, but I can't really find anything that says 60hz.

Yeah it can do it, Displayport 1.2 can do 60Hz at 4K for you with that card. You will need a DP to HDMI 2.0 adapter and an HDMI 2.0 cable to go to your HDMI 2.0 display.

The cheapest card that supports 4k @ 60hz without any adapter is the GTX 950 which has an HDMI 2.0 port built in.
