Upgrading my CPU and GPU for best performance ? (CSGO)

Right now I have a Intel Core Q6600 @2.40GHz paired with a r7 370 and I am looking to upgrade both for the cheapest amount possible (No budget just the cheapest) I am looking to run csgo around 130 - 150 fps and my build right now can't do that...

Any suggestions?

For a new GPU, try the Rx 480 or GTX 1060. As for CPU, the i3 6100 is a great choice.

What king of monitor do you have and what fps are you getting now? You could try overclocking both CPU and gpu. 150 fps doesn't get you anything if you have a 60hz monitor.
