So before pulling the trigger on which build to buy to use for the next couple years. I thought it would be best to ask on this forum. The only parts which I can really keep using from my current build are my SSD, HDD, and Peripherals. I'm looking to find a build with the most bang for my buck, in the range from $700-$800ish. Some key components I "want", or a must have, are atleast a 1060 or better for 1080p gaming, and in the future maybe 1440p. Another thing is DDR4 16gb's of memory. After taking out the drives on many builds, I've gotten the price to $750-$800, with rebates. I'm wondering if anyone could give any additional information on what mobo, power supply, and cpu I should get. I'm not really looking to overclock, but wouldn't mind it with the right cooling.

There are cheaper options but for the psu maybe something like this one since it's on sale with a rebate. 650w is more than you need for that build, gives you a bit of breathing room if you end up replacing the gpu with something stronger down the road. If you limit the psu too close to your current build adding a different gpu later could be an issue and end up needing another. It's modular so if you go with a windowed case you don't need to use more than the cables required for your build.

For coolers I'd go with the h7 over the 212 evo, it's more or less an updated design of the 212 evo. A bit better cooling, quieter, no ram interference. Also maybe consider a bit...

Also maybe consider a bit faster ram, I found 16gb kits for nearly the same price that are ddr4 2400-2666. Granted this set is red instead of black but it's faster than the 2133 lpx kit for the same price.

Yeah I switched out the memory for your suggestion. I might change out powersupply's aswell, however do you think waiting till Black Friday would be a better idea??? I've been wanting to upgrade for a long time now, but don't want to kick myself come November.
