I'm new here.. But first of all i'll explain my problem.
I have bought a desktop pc (not build) for very cheap. This one is a quad core q8200 with only 2gig of ram(2x 1gb 1rx8 pc3-10600u). Recently i bought a second-hand 4gb ram(1x 4gb 2rx8 pc3-10600u).
When i remove the old ram and install new one, pc boots up with NO SIGNAL and that's it. Things i tried:
- reset by cmos battery
- trying to get in bios (how can i if i have black screen from startup)?
I have a bios from 2009 but i think that's not the matter, i cannot edit my voltage. I've put in the old ram and got in bios, nothing shows up on any screen to edit voltage or anything about that.
What could it be? Please help
