need help guys - i disabled c1e power saving option and cool & quiet in the motherboard bios, ....my old rig is an - fx 4100 mild oc in stock volts and msi 760gm p-23 3+1 phase....so i checked HWmonitor and Cpu-z and i can see that my clocks are still moving up & down including voltage 1.3-1.4v.... i think c1e is still enabled?, i really want it disabled even if i spend more on electricity , thanks
