I built my pc back in December and it has crashed ever since. I have a 750 ti and I read a lot of forums and thought it was just the windows 10 drivers for the 750 ti, so I got windows 8 and it still crashes. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my gpu because when I uninstall the driver and use Microsoft basic display adapter there is no crash. How can I find out if I have a bad gpu, or if something else is wrong?? Please help!!

Just pulling the GPU is a good indication especially since you have tried other drivers.

Can you borrow another GPU to test in your pc? Or put your gpu into another computer. See if the problem stays with the computer or follows the gpu.

You can also look in the Event Viewer logs to learn about the nature of the crash. There should be some error codes either just before or at the time of the crash. Right clicking a log entry will provide more details.

Another thought would be your power supply. What is it rated (make and model) and how much of a load is being placed on it with respect to the total power demand of your computer? Pulling the gpu reduced the power demand and then the issue became moot.
