Games freezing after about 5 minutes

So I just did some upgrades to my current PC. Ever since I did the upgrades when ever I play a game no matter the game Rocket League - Dark Souls 3 it freezes after about 5 minutes. My computer runs fine just the game freezes. I have run multiple stress tests and nothing has froze on me or crashed my PC. Rocket league does give me an error of I let the game sit frozen for a while it kicks me from the match to the main menu and says timed out of match. This does not happen when I remove my GPU and use integrated graphics. Is the GPU not compatible with my MB that's the only thing I could think of wanted to see if anyone else has this issue and has a fix for it.

What I have done:

I have already exchanged my motherboard thinking possibly it was defective and the new one does the same thing. Same with the RAM and PSU.

Removed the graphics card. This does fix the issue I able able to play rocket league with no freezes at all.

I have tried putting the GPU into my old pc with my old parts and it runs fine with no freezing issues at all.

Ran multiple benchmarks and no freezes at all.

Tried a one of my friends identical gtx 760s and games still freeze but in his PC again it works fine with no freezing.

Also nothing is over heating I monitored with GPUZ and Cruz while games were launched.

Updated all drivers and did a clean install of my GPU drivers from the GeForce Experience

The only old part is the GPU everything else is new. I also got exchanges for all of my new hardware except the CPU. I replaced the MB RAM and PSU. Not the processor though as I believe it's running fine seeing I can play Rocket League with the integrated graphics

Looking at your RAM as well, how many sticks and at what speeds are you running that RAM? It seems like only the first two slots allow you to run at the stock speeds for that particular RAM. I am also assuming your friend has different specifications in their PC than yours does. Can you check memory usage under the Resource Manager?

I don't have anything overclocked so they should be at stock speeds and it's 2 8gb sticks, I'm in class at the moment I'll be home in about and hour and a half then I'll let you a screenshot of the resource manager. Do u want me to run it with the GPU in the machine when I run the resource manager? And do you want me to run a game as well?

Yes. Run with with the GPU in the machine and while running a game. And please check where you have those two sticks installed as well. If those two sticks are not within the first two slots, then you may be running into some RAM Memory clocking errors. However, I am having a little trouble understanding why this would be the case only when the GPU is installed. Let me know how I can help you better.

That's interesting. Your network and disk speeds max out whenever you are getting those "spikes". Are you hearing any sort of "whine" coming from your drives? I am only assuming you have Hard Drives and not just solid state drives. It still wouldn't make sense though because you were able to run the machine perfectly fine without the GPU. Can you take one of the RAM sticks out and run your machine that way? Make sure when you leave one in, that you keep it in either the first or the second connector so you can run the speeds of that memory.

I am not hearing any wines and all of my drives seem to be working fine. I have 1 240gb Samsung Evo SSD at 2tb Seagate Barracuda, 500gb WD Blue, and a 300gb Seagate Drive. I do see the network spikes and Disk spikes you are talking about. So I am playing Rocket League and Dark Souls Online when this happens, In Rocket League the game doesn't crash it will normally freeze for about 2 minutes and kick me to the main menu and says timed out error 71. Which made me think it was my internet cutting out but that doesn't make sense as to why when I am not using my GPU it runs perfectly fine. In Dark Souls 3 after about 2 minutes I get kicked to the main menu as well no error code though. I'm Going to pull out one stick of RAM now and see what happens.

[EDIT] (Still with 16gb of RAM Installed) Here is a more detailed screenshot: https://gyazo.com/7df2bd563de51f655d2145b20f8ceb60

[EDIT 2] Just took out one stick of RAM making only have one 8gb Stick. The game still froze with what looks like that same issue.

Well we know it's not the ram. Let me look around and see what I can find. I tried to see if crashing was an issue with that motherboard and nothing really came up.

Also, are you suspending those three suspended tasks in the task manager or is the computer doing that on its own?

I am not doing that at all, it's doing it by itself. Do you think I should order a new Motherboard. I've been looking at this one. Think this would be fine?

I know a lot of people who use that board. If you really want to update your board, then go ahead. It isn't much different than what you already have, but if you believe that is the problem then there is no reason not to delay. I can't pinpoint a problem here, so before you buy a new board, check around on the site or send someone who knows more a PM. Sorry I couldn't help more.

That's great! I'm sorry you had to purchase a new motherboard. Happy everything is working normal again.
