I hope someone can shed some light on the issue I'm having. I have a couple of 32gig usb drives i use to watch videos on my sony blu ray bdp-s185 with no trouble. i wanted a stick with more space so i picked up a 128gb drive and it was working initially but as soon as i went over 25gb or so of storage, the bluray player stopped recognizing the drive. If I remove some content the player sees the drive again. Is there any reason why the player would stop recognizing the drive when its not even close to being full? Thanks is advance.

So the usb drive was actually exfat out of the box, not fat32. Windows wasn't giving me an option to format to fat32 so i downloaded smartdisk fat32 and formatted the drive that way. Unfortunately, my player still stops recognizing it past 25gb of storage. I went back to the default exfat and tried re-formatting with the allocation sizes suggested but still no luck.
