Some days ago i've build a pc desktop. I installed windows 10 and the first hour all was going good. Then i fall into a BSOD with CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT error. It was very strange but after rebooting all seems works good again. The day after it happen again and after 2 days the system stop booting into OS! I started removing components like vga to understand wich component was causing the problem. I leave only cpu and 1 stick of ram. I was able to go into the bios, to update it with ethernet cable but i can't boot in the ssd with win10 installed os and i can't boot into usb pendrive with windows 10 too. The system crash and reboot while loading the OS and sometimes there is a BsOD with "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT" or MACHINE_CHECK_EXEPTION error. I thinked it was the mainboard, i replaced it with a new one but the problem was the same. Then i tried with a new PSU, same problem. Now it can be RAM or CPU. The very strange thing is that, like i say, i am able to boot into the bios and i can update it, change settings and so on. So how can be the RAM or the CPU ? If one of them was faulty, i suppose, i could not boot and use the BIOS. I tryed to use only 1 stick of ram at time, same problem. I tried the memtest of my motherboard and it says memory is working good. The BIOS can regonize my ram and cpu Frequency and model. I am thinking that the problem is the CPU even if it's very rare. I asked amazon for the cpu replacement, i hope i can resolve my problem.
Do you think it can be a CPU problem? If yes, how is possible i am able to boot into the bios and update it too?

Configuration:
Motherboard: intel z170-a
Cpu: intel 6700k
Ram:Corsair CMK32GX4M2A2400C16 Vengeance LPX 32GB
PSU: Corsair RM750X

Is your CPU overclocked? If it is, try setting it back to the stock frequency. Also, have you tried resetting the BIOS to default?
I'm asking because I used to have an FX-8120 setup and sometimes I got those same errors. I'm not sure exactly how I fixed it, but I know for sure it wasn't a problem with my RAM or CPU. All I know is that I set all the voltages and clocks down to the stock speed and it was working fine again. This may not be your case but it can't hurt to try.
