if you don't overclock there is no point in getting an i5-6600K and obviously 6700 would be better in applications that take or will take advantage of HT in the future.

I usually prefer Asus or Gigabyte and this MB brings 2 m.2 SDD slots and 2 different LAN chips (Intel and Killer NIC) and had a decent black/red theme which I was going for. also gold plated audio ports which I like (and 2 dedicated USBs for DACs and Audio devices) my previous MB made the speakers made a weird sound and that is not a problem anymore.

for gaming the 6600K is better and does rendering decently. it's roughly a 20% performance difference against an i7 for rendering, but in exchange you get an unlock CPU for higher clock speeds (typically 4.4-4.6Ghz) that will bring you better minFPS performance and higher FPS in general. specially useful for CPU intensive games.

I do some light video editing and such and have no problems at all with the 6600K.

What do you think if i combine i7 6700 with z170 series ? What benefit that i can get ? Or i only waste money for that idea and stick to the h170 ?

Z boards have unlocked bios, allows for OC. H boards have locked bios, no OC option. Basically same board otherwise. Just get the mobo that fits your needs and wants like colors, connections, m.2 ports etc. For most non OC users, a H110 is more than sufficient, or use a B150 or H170 for added options. Just avoid Biostar or ECS, very low quality.

'K' cpus can overclock.
'Z' motherboards can overclock.
You need Z+K both to overclock.
Z + non-K = no overclock
H + K = no overclock

So, if you buy a H170 motherboard with i7 6700k, you can never OC. If you buy a Z170 with i7 6700, you can never overclock. You must buy a Z170 AND i7 6700k to overclock. You don't have to OC, it's a hobby, an option, not a necessity at all with that cpu,

following with: A quality power supply + aftermarket cpu cooler cing

I choose vengeance lpx 2666mhz 16gb for the ram :)

Memory

Number of Memory Slots 4×288pin
Memory Standard DDR4 2133
Maximum Memory Supported 64GB
Channel Supported Dual Channel

Just because the cpu can handle the memory speed, doesn't necessarily mean the motherboard can support it. I'd stick with 2133. You'll never see any difference, no need to create possible issues.
