What's a good budget tv for 4k gaming with low input lag? Looking at spending around $800.00-$1000.00

I had a 4k monitor 28'' and i just prefer on a bigger screen. I don't play games like call of duty or battlefield. I play games like Witcher 3, Skyrim, MMOs, Tomb Raider. I was looking at the LG 49UH6100 TV and couldn't find a decent review on it. What you think?

The one I listed also has some other neat features, like PlayStation Now, YouTube, and even a web browser xD
I don't know why but that makes me laugh...
