Can't figure out why my computer keeps crashing.

So here's the issue. My computer will just freeze and crash out of no where. A lot of times it's when I have a lot going on at once (watching videos on one monitor while gaming on the other). It all started happening when I installed my SSD (Samsung evo 850 250GB).

I installed the SSD and wiped my other drive (Seagate hybrid ssd) clean with Derek's boot and nuke and installed the OS on the SSD. It worked fine for a month or two and then all of a sudden started blue screening. In the beginning I just had to turn off the PSU and reboot and it would work fine. Now it's starting to crash twice or more in a day. Sometimes I'll just leave my computer on and come back to the black screen asking me to set up the drive to boot like it doesn't recognize the SSD in the boot order. Again, just powering it off and turning it back on allows it to boot the OS (it wasn't doing this until recently so I thought it wasn't the SSD until now). Could the SSD be faulty?

Specs:

AMD FX 8320 CPU
EVGA Geforce GTX 660 GPU
2 x 4gb ddr3 Ripjaws ram
Asus m5a97 le r2.0 mother board
Segate 500 GB hybird SSD
Samsung evo 850 250GB
EVGA 750 Watt PSU
Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo cpu cooler

Is the SSD in the OS sata slot, because sometimes that causes problems.
If it is, press WIN+R and type in eventvwr and click on windows logs and look for errors. Maybe even clear the logs and wait for it to happen again. Check the error message and post it here for some kind of clue.

Yeah, I'm almost positive that it is. I'll look again, but what slot should it be plugged into exactly? 6 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), gray (I found that one the asus website for the mother board, so I'm assuming that. I'll check again.

I found a bunch of the same errors in the logs you told me to check under the tab "System"

-The Peer Networking Grouping service depends on the Peer Name Resolution Protocol service which failed to start because of the following error:
%%-2140993535

-The Peer Name Resolution Protocol cloud did not start because the creation of the default identity failed with error code: 0x80630801.

There's a hand full of those two errors today alone.

Under Applications I have

Loadperf errors

I just opened Samsung Magician to see what health my drive was in, and it said it was in good. However, I clicked on OS optimization and it said my OS was optimized for an HDD. Just fixed that. Could that be the reason?
