Can I upgrade my 4gb Ram to an 8gb?

(not sure if this in right category?) I need 8gb ram to install the upcoming Skyrim special edition. As it stands I know NOTHING about upgrading rams or where to start! I should note im in australia so if you can find me an aus site to buy a good ram off please do. here are my pc specs... My main question is what is the ideal 8gb ram for my computer? (currently looking at this but idk :|)I know how to install a new ram I think, so that shouldnt be a problem?

p.s i've heard that some pc's cant be upgraded? is this true and how so?

I'm gonna be honest with you. If your goal is playing Skyrim Remastered then you aren't going to have much luck. Your processor is pretty low-performance. If you still want to upgrade your ram I would watch a Youtube tutorial by LinusTechTips or someone similar. I highly doubt you will be able to play Skyrim Remastered though.
