How do I read the terms on my PSU?

I am pretty sure these correspond to rails but I don't know what to do with them.

My PSU says: Output V12N === 0.15A, below that: V12-CPU === 18A, below that, V12-S === 18A, then in another column next to the previous one, +11Vsb === 1.74A, V12-G === 12.5A, and V12-B === 18A.

With that is it possible to determine the number of rails on my PSU and what N,S,G and B V12-N, V12-S, V12-G and V12-B? When I search Vsb I get Virginia State Bar lol.

Thanks.

I can't find the 19A part on their website but its a DPS-400AB-19 A

I can find little info on it online other than most places don't sell it. And if they do don't leave a lot of info about it.

This website is really sketchy but if you click on "Description" for the PSU its the same label as mine.
http://www.yoycart.com/Product/35237531831/

I probably did not give a good description, or the label itself does not leave much info on the amperage, but
It has the term max combined power, which makes me think it should have to be multi-rail?
HP PSUs are so hard to get info from at least for me because I don't know what to look for xd.
