Pretty much any monitor out there is either covered in black or grey or a combination of the two with a hint of red. You could mod the monitor to fit your color scheme but voiding your warranty would take place. Keeping in line with the thread's topic, you can take a look at this though you'll have to excuse me if it's not what you're looking for. You didn't exactly stipulate the res, size and ofc the connectivity options that would fit your bill.
