Hi
I am thinking about upgrading my gaming computer in the future. I want to have something that can put out 1080p 60fps all settings maxed that isn't necessarily overkill either. And also if the card is a bit more silent then the r9 that would also help. It will probably be a while thill i buy it since I'm quite low on money(I'm 13 years old and bought this computer used for 924,58$, including top end gaming gear) My price range is 300$-400$(i have a mechanical keyboard and the r9 290 that i will sell on eBay to get some of the money, other i will try working for.
Anyway thanks for any help i could get and have a nice day.

Specs:
CM Storm Stryker Gaming Big Tower
ASUS Z87-DELUXE/DUAL, Socket-1150
MSI Radeon R9 290 4GB GDDR5
Intel Core i7-4771
XFX ProSeries Core Edition 750W PSU
Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 1600MHz 8GB
Corsair H105 Hydro Series CPU cooler
Notes: My cpu is overclocked to 4.0gHz. I can however overclock it a slight bit more since the current temp while gaming is just around 60-70 celsius, around 80 when its really intense. My motherboard does not support more then 2 ram sticks so if i have to upgrade ram to not bottleneck i will have to buy all new ram sticks.

At the moment your choices when going for both future-proof and not extreme overkill are the Rx 480 8GB, GTX 1060 6GB or if you're spending a bit more the GTX 1070.

However, within H1 2017 (either in Q1 or Q2) AMD is expected to release their new high end GPUs to compete with Nvidia's GTX 1070 and GTX 1080, likely at a lower price point as well, so if you're having satisfactory performance right now and want something with better value-for-money my advice would be to wait until AMD's new cards are out.

i know 8gb in general is alright, but i offen find myself going into task manager and closing stuff Down and using way to much time on that, And i have also had performance issues With my ram.
I also think that its underclocked xD but i will fix it in bios
