what is the best amd cpu i can get in india with a motherboard that supports it

i need a amd cpu and a mother board (I have a brand new msi 970 gaming which my friend gave I can use it if possible) and it shud support ddr4 I have gtx 1060 6gb

There are no MBs that will support AMD CPUs and DDR4. You will have to wait till ZEN is released. Q1 2017
The MSI 970 Gaming MB only supports DDR3 Memory.
