4 Ram worked before but not anymore

i had 4 Ram slot of my computer its Desktop computer .. so one day i tired to clean the computer and i took off al the rams graphic card and CPU , after that i put the rams on slot and i turned on the computer , and 4 rams not working anymore , now i can use only 2 rams if i put 3 or 4 rams my computer getting restart i mean ever 2 or 1 sec .. thanks

What CPU cooler, many overtighten which can affect the memory channels, can also make sure you didn't bend/break any pins

my CPU cooler is the same when i got the computer , and i have check the all slot of rams and all work fine i changed the place here and there and all work fine without any problem . its just dont support 4 ram , so weird !!

What mobo, CPU and model # of the DRAM - might need voltage or timing adjustments
