Need help to configure RAM/CPU in BIOS

I recently bought a mobo/CPU/RAM bundle that was supposed to come pre-configured but it seemed like it hadn't actually been turned on until I got it - after POST it said that a new CPU had been installed and I should go into the BIOS to configure it. When I went into the BIOS I saw that the RAM frequency was 2133 MHz when it's supposed to be 3000 MHz. I did send an e-mail to ask how to configure the BIOS properly but they haven't yet responded to the e-mail I sent before that so I'm guessing it will be a while if they respond at all.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Thanks, Samat; my RAM now appears to be set correctly. I'm not sure whether the CPU is configured correctly though; after I selected the XMP profile, the UEFI asked me something about setting all the cores of the CPU and warned that adequate cooling would be necessary. I declined that because it sounded like it was asking for confirmation to overclock the CPU but I'm not sure. I'll edit this comment if I discover anything.
