Hi!
I've been scratching my head with this issue for aaaaggesss now..
I can't set the automatic reply settings for a user.
I have already tried changing the registry keys in KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Security (as per https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2963483)
I've also tried right clicking on the Outlook icon on the taskbar and testing the email autoconfiguration.

Profile has been recreated, PST file renamed, the works. I'm all out of ideas..
I usually work with Lotus Notes.. Everyone tells me how much easier it is than outlook, but here I'm starting to have my doubts!

If any of you guys have any ideas as to what I could try I would be incredibly grateful!

Thanks a bunch!

Solution

Try it on another computer. If it does the same thing, it may be an issue on the server side.

Exchange connection, the out of office message works through webmail, but after setting it he cannot see that it has been set in his Outlook client (I receive the OoO message after sending a test)
Everything else is working fine and synchronised.
