My PC just doesn't run things how it used to.

A few months ago, around June, I upgraded a few components in my PC, I upgraded the motherboard, the PSU, the processor, the cooler, case, lights etc and soon to be new graphics card. The first day when I had everything installed, working and set up, the first game I tried was ARMA 3. I first joined a game of about 120 people and it ran at a decent solid 30 fps, and outside Kavala a nice 50-60 fps. But over the months that's just started to decrease, and it's really hitting the unplayable point now. I'm not sure why, but my pc has been running extremely slow lately, I now, inside Kavala on arma get about 13 fps and outside about 20, which is a huge difference. The game runs horribly even on the lowest settings there are, and sometimes I hit about 3 fps and crash, where it stops responding and I must force shut down my PC. This has been happening with many games also, like GTA V, Planet side 2, watch dogs, battlefield 4 and others. It seems to be the only games that actually run smoothly are csgo, payday 2, ets2 and fsx, which are known for their low requirements. And even some times I get problems with payday 2 where it will lag and crash. I have made sure all my drivers are updated, windows is at it's latest version and junk files are kept to a minimum, but that didn't help. Even my browsers take a while to load up, and I mean minutes. I really have no idea what to do, and was thinking about going to a professional, but I really want to make sure ive tried everything I can so I don't look like an idiot.

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 880K @ 4.0 GHz avg. 45 C idle
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
PSU: TS 430 80 Plus bronze certified
8GB RAM DDR3
500 GB int HDD
1TB ext. HDD
Motherboard: Gigabyte socket FM2+ F2A68HM-HD2
3x 120 mm fans 2x LED

I also checked the GPU and cooler, and they both seem to be working visually with functioning fans.

I really have no idea what to do at this point, you guys have any ideas?

Well, positive air pressure is when you have more intakes than exhausts. So very simply, you can see your fan set up. If you have more fans in-taking air than you do exhausting it, you have positive pressure. Alternatively, negative air pressure is when you have more fans exhausting than you have in-taking. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages depending on the environment your computer is in.

CPU Test

Download either Prime95 for verifying the CPU functionality. You can easily detect CPU errors using these Softwares. It will stress out your complete CPU.

Memory Test

Use memTest86+ to verify your memory. You can also use Windows memory Diagnostic but it is absolute crap compared to memtest86+ and use a stable version of memtest86+.

Hard Disk Test

Run chkdsk in Windows or fsck in linux to find out Hard disk errors.

Could you maybe give me links for those? Because all of them look like they have nasty malware and adware just waiting inside of them.
