I recently attempted to upgrade my graphics card. I was using a nVidia GeForce 210 on an ECS H67H2-M2 motherboard. My power supply is 500W. I purchased a MSI GeForce GT730 and it seemed to seat well. When I turned on the computer I got nothing but the revolving circle. I put back the old card and everything worked fine. I am extremely amateur to computer builds so I may have left out important facts but I am curious to see if any one has a solution.

You should download the newest drivers for your new card, then uninstall the drivers for the old card. This way when you shut the computer down and install the new card, when it boots up again it knows there's a new videocard installed. At that point, since you've downloaded the drivers already, you can go ahead and finsh the installation.

If you just take out the old card and install the new one, it might try to boot up as if it still had the old card in it.
