Looking for a good cheap case?

Solution

Make sure they charge you around 50 MAX, $25 will be for workstations and $75 would be for custom water cooling loops.

NZXT S340, Phanteks Eclipse P400(S). The S340 is super minimalistic, the P400 has more lighting and flashy things. Both have a very similar internal layout, and make cable management a breeze with how much is just plain old hidden out of sight, out of mind.

The Corsair SPEC-01 is hands down the best budget case at the moment for only $39.99.
I've just redone your list with better part choices, and the 6500, as it performs essentially the same as the 6600 for $20 less, the price jump of $20 isn't worth it.

Why the change to the MOBO/PSU?
Truth be told i do plan to get a EVGA GTX 1060 SC down the road so i may need 500w for the overclocking not sure but i can't find a video were it says how much power i really need.
Good call on the cpu.
Also i would like a VGA port on the MOBO the monitor i have only has VGA.

No you don't. :)
But if you want fully modular cabling, as mentioned above the M12II is the better option.
This system will only draw 300w, but at 60ish% load a PSU is most efficient, and any lower wattage power supplies are typically low quality units.
I changed components to better performing and better quality ones, as a B150 board over a H110 for $10 more is well worth it.
Resolution the card runs at does not = power draw, it's based on performance per watt.

Its actually not about the wattage but the quality of stable power plus reliability. The PSU is something you should never skimp on.

The thing i don't get is the psu has good reviews so what makes it bad?

Never trust reviews, the new CXM and M12II have better components and perform much better in terms of voltage regulation and have better design.
Get the CXM 450w if you're on a budget, or the M12II if you want modular cables and can afford to spend a bit more.

Most reviewers can get cherry picked PSU's. You need to also look at reviews of those that purchase the power supply. For newegg the PSU racks up a very high 17% 1 and 2 egg rating which is a good indication of the PSU's being DOA or failing in first few months. I tend to not buy anthing with this higher low rating.

I would just get the 450w CXM only thing is I'm not sure if it can handle a EVGA GTX 1060 SC and from what i have heard modular cables are really only good if you want a easy time building the pc and since i plan to have someone else build it i'm not really owrried about how easy it is :)

Yeah i found a place that said that they can build it for 25-75$ depending on how hard it is to build free if i buy the parts from them but i don't think they will have what i need but i guess i should ask...
