I've i3 2120 3.3ghz cpu, when I play GTA 5 temp goes to 60-75c. I know GTA 5 needs higher than i3, but I can play it on normal graphics. (with GTX 660 and 8gb ram). Should I turn off game when cpu temp gets to 70c? or is it normal? Can game damage/burn cpu?

Pretty much if it goes over 80c regularly, get an aftermarket cooler, but if it is below that you're fine.

Those are fine temps, Intel recommends 97-103C on its server chips (same thing pretty much) for "long-term reliability".
