GTX 1060 new gpu lacks performance

just got myself anew 1060 after placing it and started working with it i realised it does not doing what it should do and i checked some benchmarks and it did like 60% of the others with some what similiar specs to mine im really worried about that ill have to buy more things to make it work
what can it be?

i7 3770
psu 650w 80+gold
8gm ram 1333mhz
MOBO b75m -d2v

Can you post some scores? Its hard to tell if you are talking about 100 point difference or 10,000 point difference. 1fps or 10fps, etc. For 3dmark they have a global scores but it doesn't count for overclocks on the GPU and CPU, just the same hardware which could be why your scores are lower. I know mine is like 70% of what it "should be". Once I overclock I'm nearly 99% so watch out for that. Make sure you are looking at the graphical score and not overall one when comparing GPU scores. So where are you getting the comparison for the other games?

3dmark, resident evil 6 benchmark and all games i play... lacks performance comparing to people with similiar rigs

well iused unigine heaven and ive hit 20 min fps 120 max fps 1589 score on 1080p on ultra and extreme tessalation mainly getting other scores to compare from youtubers with same rigs

in addition for some reason my gpu in some games wont hit 100% usage imean it hits 100% and goes back to mid 60 then 100% again its wierd (cpu on 40%-70% load so not a cpu bottleneck)

while benchmarking it gets to 100% usage (gpu) cpu maxes at gaming at 85 avg per core not higher than that
gpu hits 82-84c on 100% load

cpu is fine now i just replaced cooler and it works just fine getting to 75c max on 100% load 3.9 ghz
