Power saving mode

Any one there can help me. I turn on my PC it wont start up the monitor says power saving mode and goes black screen i press anything nothing is working.. idont know what to do pls. Help.

Need to check the computer, make sure power cords are in, try a different outlet, make sure the power supply power is set to on in the back if there is a switch, check connections in the case. If all that does not work, try a different power supply, reseat the video card if you have an add-on one, reset the BIOS to defaults with the jumper on the motherboard.
