I know that this question was asked like a million times, but I couldn't find any question related to mine.
So I recently built a new computer. I didn't get an OS disk for it yet, so I just went through the BIOS settings. Nothing out of the ordinary happened. My OS disk (windows 10 oem). I put it in, with the DVD drive having the first boot priority. While windows 10 was installing, it froze, so I decided to restart my PC. After I restarted it, unsurprisingly, it said windows 10 was corrupted. I got a recovery drive, tried to repair windows 10 but nothing worked. While trying to find a solution my computer just randomly shuts off. I try turning my computer back on, doesn't work. I try flicking my PSU switch on and off nothing works.
So finally I try the paper clip test. The entire PSU passed. But when i plug my psu back into my mobo and try turning it on, nothing happens.

Can someone help me? I'm not sure if it's my motherboard or CPU.

Specs.
CPU: AMD FX-6300
Mobo: MSI 970 Gaming
Updated mobo: MSI 970a Gaming Pro Carbon
RAM: 4 x Ballistix Sport 4GB DDR3 1600 MT/s
PSU: Corsair CX750W
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750ti

BTW, I'm new so if I did something wrong like post in the wrong section, please tell me.

Update: I replaced the motherboard with a msi 970a gaming pro carbon, however it still doesn't work.

Another update: Changed "computer randomly shuts off" to "computer randomly shut off". Sorry, really bad at this.

There can be some problems with a memory. Do you have any beeps from the pc while post (DOS power up)?
The beeps can solve you half of the work. Then you can investigate what the beeps are trying to say to you.

If is the memory, if you have two different memory sticks on a motherbaord. Try removing one and then power up. In this occasions it is best to have same sticks models. but if you dont have that solution, it is best to combine sticks that have same Latency. For example. I have a ddr3 8 Gb 1333 mhz (2x4 gb). One stick is kingmax, and the second is patriot. They have the same CL9 latency. It is over a year, and my pc works just fine.

Second. It my be the PSU that is making the problem, try another PSU. Or it's the buttoon on the case. Most ocassions they make some problems too.

Vic40, I got all my ram in one set.

bumeran9, like I said, my computer can't even boot up, and the PSU passes the paperclip test 100%. However I did try removing ram but it still doesnt work.

Again, my computer won't turn on. I turned my psu on and then pressed the power button on the case. Nothing.

Then the power button on the case is making a problem.

And about the not booting situtation. Do you have any disk by side that has a OS on it? Or can you borrow from a friend? It may be a problem with the hdd or corrupted data on the disk.
