I have damaged one of my RX 480 reference cards due to my mistake. Since I disassembled the fan assembly the warranty is not available. Sapphire version. I'd pay to get it fixed but I don't believe there's anywhere one near where I live(Vancouver, Canada). Sapphire and Newegg doesn't offer repair services either.

Just for a high quality pic:

So two things I am asking from you guys. First, see if its possible, identify what's wrong with my card. Second, identify the component damaged during diagnosis. :(

1. The graphics card was damaged because it was moved while it was on. What testing I can do shows that all 6 of the PCI Express pins are shorted to ground, so it activates short circuit protection on the power supply
2. On the picture linked above from Youtube, directly above the bottom right hole, there's a component(black, smd) next to the marking MR200/B200. I don't know what that is. Is that a capacitor? What value? I see no marking.

Other than that I see no physical damage elsewhere. During the time when it was damaged, I heard a crack and burnt smell. Of course, I can't rule out that the gpu itself is damaged, which then I can't do anything about it. But I'd want to make sure in case its not.

Solution
Even if you pay someone to get it fixed, I doubt that anyone can fix the card without having basically the OEM equipment used when making the card and re-building the thing with new parts, which will end up costing way more than what a new card would cost you.
