Hello Everyone!

I already ordered the PC parts, but I'm nervous of having the wrong build.
(It's not at home yet. But I payed most of it already)

Here is the link for Mainboard, CPU, RAM, GPU and SSD
http://www.userbenchmark.com/PCBuilder/Custom/S16722-M35270.153864.19175.89608vsS0-M

case: BitFenix Nova (Midi Tower, black)
power supply: Corsair VS650 (650W)

I aimed for a gaming desktop. Maybe I'll add an HDD some months later. This should be possible right?

What do you think of this build? Is something strange there?

If you want more details feel free to ask me.

Sorry for my bad english :)

Solution
the CX430M is pretty bad
only the CX450M is good. it's the one with grey letters on the unit
the CX400/430 uses poor capacitors, a very basic internal design and doesn't use quality components overall

looing at the page, go with one of these:

Corsair CXM450 - 79.50 - minimum requirement
Seagate G 450 - 93.60 - high quality unit
Seasonic S12II-520 - 78.60 old but solid unit with good quality components but non-modular
SuperFlower Golden Green Hx - 82.20 gold certified quality unit
SuperFlower Platinum King 550W - 92.60 tbh that's an insane price for that kind of unit.

any of those units will do, the other ones listed @digitec.ch are mostly garbage

@King Danzer what do you mean with I am wasting a lot of money?

@Isokolon What PSU would you recommend? How do you see that this one is overprized for its quality?

BTW: i found that community after i ordered it. definitely should have looked around for this before ordering.

For gaming desktop the setup you are going for is lot meaningless as you are spending money in wrong places. For example you are getting i7-6700K which is high end Skyalke CPU and a GTX1060 which is low end Pascal GPU combo which is meaning less and big wast of money. You will not be satisfied with that setup at all unless you plan on upgrading the GPU in few months. That PSU is crap and will cause a lot of trouble. Get minimum of Corsair RM650x or RM750x which are around 10,000

What is your total budget you are spending we can help you in choosing meaningful and balanced parts. :)

Well I don't see it that drastically as Dranzer.
The 1060 is a good card when gaming on 1080p and a GTX1070 won't have a much longer life expectancy when I look at the performance of a 970 now, while the i7 will perform for many years and games start to use more than 4 threads recently.

But yes one could certitanly better.

Regarding the PSU a 450W (1060) or 550W (1070) QUALITY unit should suffice easily. However the VS is not and costs around 75€ usually.
For that kind of money you can get an EVGA Supernova GS or G2 usually which is far superior
A quality XFX pro / core / TS is mostly a lot cheaper while providing better quality.
Furthermore even Corsair's CXM550 is better than the VS series and priced below.
The VS is not a potentially dangerous PSU it just doesn't deliver as stable power and doesn't have the kind of life expectancy as a real quality unit and can give you trouble when over-clocking.

Thank you for replying! If it wasn't clear, I'm a first-timer at building computer.

About max Budget as I live in Switzerland it's arround 1000 CHF or in pounds 830 £

Now I fear i can't/don't want to change the GPU, since it looks perfectly fine to me.

i haven't payed for CPU or PSU hence I can easily replace them

the site I'm using to order is www.digitec.ch ,if you want to do price comparings (but it's on german though).

I'm no cluer when it comes into PSU. EVGA Supernova or Corsair RM costs a bit more than mine, do still think its that worth it?
Corsair CX600 (600W) on the other hand sounds good to me.

What about CPU, which one would you recommend if not this
BTW: Mistake! it's Intel Core i6700 (without the "K") but this barely makes a difference does it?
:D

The cx600 is one of the worst PSUs made under a brand name.
If it's the updated cxm550/650 though it's alright.
As said any 450W unit will easily do as your card takes 125W and your CPU 65W, you won't hit 300W, so.450W is more than enough.

With a 6700 non-k you don't need a Z170 board as the 6700 is not overclockable. You only need a Z170 board when you got a 6700k/6600k.
I suggest a Gigabyte G1.Sniper B7 or a Gigabyte H170 Gaming board. Or basically any Asus H170 board around 100€

So, I changed my build into this:

CPU: Intel Core i5 6600K (max: 93W per digitec.ch)
GPU: Gainward Geforce GTX 1060 (6GB) *same*
SSD: same
RAM: same
PSU: Corsair CX430M
Mainboard: same (already on its way home)
case: same (already on its way home)

What do you think now? IMO I'm happy with this one. :)

Alright it's decided to me:

CPU Intel Core i5 6600k
GPU GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB)
SSD Samsung 850 Evo Basic (250 GB)
RAM Corsair Vengneance LPX (2x, 8GB)
MBD ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING
PSU Super Flower Platinum King 550W
Case BitFenix Nova (Midi Tower, black)

Thank you very much for your suggestion @Isokolon and @King Dranzer !
If I ever build another computer I'll definitely ask here in this Community again (this time: I'll ask before order ;) )
