Every Z170 chipset supports DDR4 RAM, including the one i suggested.
So, check again the specifications.
specs: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z170A-PC-MATE.html#hero-specification

Asus Z170 Pro Gaming (15,598 rupees)
specs: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z170-PRO-GAMING/specifications/
Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3 (15,239 rupees)
specs: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5497#sp

Both of them support SLI. Gigabyte seems to be better since...

i7-6700K is both better and cheaper.

For i7-6700K, any LGA1151 socket MoBo will do, preferably Z-series if you want to overclock your CPU.

Here's one such MoBo, MSI Z170A PC Mate @ 12.492 rupees.

For RAM, Kingston HyperX Fury is usually better but i can't tell for sure without part numbers.

As far as AIO water cooling goes, the best is NZXT x61 Kraken.

There isn't any better MoBos under 16.000 rupees.
