You have an OC capable cpu. If you go with the Gigabyte Q87, you'll guarantee you'll never OC. You'll also have access to intels small businesses software, which for most home users is absolutely useless. The Q87 also has slightly different amounts of connections, mainly due to business needs. The ASRock Z97 is a newer board, won't need bios update, has connections tailored to home users, has faster lan connection for online uses, and gives you the option to OC if you should ever choose to. It would be my choice over the Gigabyte Q87.
