Which OS is better for gaming? (win 7/win 8.1)

I have games like Flight Simulator X and i use addons alot for it. But apart from that i also have Mass Effect 3, Modern Warfre 3, TS 2015, WWE 2K15, Black Ops 3, NFS Rivals, etc. I know that i am lacking behind. I mean i am still in older games but i also have PS3 where i play GTA 5, FIFA 16,etc. As some games in PS3 are too costly in my country and BO3 (PS3 version) does not have campaign i bought it for PC. Can someone please suggest me which OS is better according to the games above, especially for Flight Simulator X?

My Specs are:

i5 4460 (3.2ghz Quadcore)
8GB DDR3 RAM
Gigabyte H81M-S Motherboard
Zotac GTX 750 ti 2GB DDR5
1TB HDD

Someone please suggest which opperating system should i install apart from win 10.

Yes

Windows 7 is much better than W8.1 in overall, gaming included.

But, if you can, go on with W10 because of DirectX12. If you can't, stick with W7 ServicePack 1, I use it and it's great OS.
