Any Z170 based motherboard will support the i7-6700K and allow overclocking.
No real need for an expensive enthusiast motherboard.
I would avoid those which support DDR3 ram which needs to be low voltage.
Pick your favorite vendor, I like ASUS at the moment.

generally Asus / Gigabyte > MSI / ASROck > Biostar

I like those Gigabyte boards since they tend to be a bit cheaper than their Asus counterparts.
also Asus cheapens out on audio sometimes as with the Z-170A.
the Gigabyte Z170X UD3 is a nice board I'd fully recommend.
