Yes its enough as long as your not running a CPU like the FX9xxx series. However its low quality and gaming PC's spend long periods of time under high load and poor quality units are far more likely to fail over time and with a poor unit like the VS it has very little protection so a failure could damage other components. This risk is reduced as the 750Ti is low wattage but I wouldn't use a VS in any of my own PC's.

The PSU is the heart of a gaming PC, I feel its the most important part. You should get a decent quality unit.
