Gears of War 4 was recently released, which is bringing me back to PC gaming outside of League of Legends. I was looking to upgrade my GPU to an Nvidia GTX 1070 to play it, but with my PC being just over 3 years old....I was wondering if it was time to buy a new PC. I have Gears on both console and PC, so I'm okay with console for the time being...but I want to play on PC eventually.
